ToBase64URL - External links to base64 encrypted format Plugin

From the perspective of search engine optimization (SEO), there may be a loss of weight transfer in the external links within website content. Therefore, we generally add the nofollow tag to external links. However, using the nofollow tag is not completely safe either. The best suggestion is to encrypt external links with Base64. This can not only reduce the transfer of weight but also hide external links.

Here, the ToBase64URL plugin we developed can automate this function.
